Steps to claim your movie Tickets

Kindly enter unique no. before the date mentioned while issuing the same. You will be issued your movie voucher no.
Clovia.com has tied up with Cinerewardz to assist in booking of tickets for our customers. Once you receive your vouchers, you need to register them on www.cinerewardz.com before their expiry date also mentioned in our emails to you.
Please ensure you receive a submission confirmation. On successful registration you will receive an Authentication No. on your mobile /email id, which you can use to make your show booking requests.
Upon activation this voucher is valid for booking shows within next 3 months from the activation date.

One voucher is valid for one person (one ticket) only. Under this promotion, two vouchers will be released.
Only registered vouchers with authentication numbers will be valid for processing booking requests.
The vouchers will not be revalidated or extended in case you fail to utilize them in the given time frames.
Cinerewardz will require at least two different show options (theatre, date & time) to process the request.
This voucher is valid for all shows from Monday to Thursday and only morning shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Normal Silver class seating arrangement will be allotted.
Tickets once issued cannot be changed / amended.
Cinerewardz or Clovia.com cannot be held responsible for any show’s being cancelled by theater authorities for whatsoever reason.
CineRewardz or Clovia.com is not responsible for the quality of the seats / movie or any service discrepancies at the theater.
This voucher entitles the customer for only a movie ticket and no other facilities such as food and beverages.
Tickets will be issued subject to availability without any seat preference.
This voucher will not be valid for special shows and screening if any.
This voucher CANNOT be utilized by presentation at a theater / multiplex and has to be registered and booked by following the steps specified by CineRewardz.
