Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange items in your order within 15 days of its delivery. Please follow these steps to cancel order:

    1. How do I exchange items in the order I have placed?

    1. Click on 'Return/Exchange' link against your order in the Order History section in My Account
    2. In case you are a Guest User, fill in your order details in Track Order page. Follow steps as given below.
    3. Click on the 'Exchange for another size' or 'Exchange for product in same offer' link and indicate the product/ size to be exchanged with.
    4. Proceed to the next step and select the shipping address to deliver the exchanged products.
    5. For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return or exchange of briefs, panties, or an opened box of a multi-piece sets that includes panties.
  • 2. I'm unable to see the return/exchange link on the product when I'm trying to place a return/exchange request online.

  • 3. I do not have an account with Clovia. How do I return the order I have placed?

    You can return your order within 15 days of its delivery. Please follow these steps to cancel order:

    1. If you are a Guest User, fill in your order details in Track Order page.
    2. Click on the 'Return/exchange' link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation.
    3. Click on the 'Exchange for another size' or 'Exchange for product in same offer' link and indicate the product/ size to be exchanged with.
    4. Proceed to the next step and select the shipping address to deliver the exchanged products.
  • 4. Can I exchange the gift received with my Order?

    1. We do not accept exchange of gift items sent with orders.
  • 5. I am unable to place the exchange request

    1. ⁠You can exchange your order within 15 days of its delivery.
    2. ⁠⁠Exchange order request can only be placed once. If you wish to further return the exchange product(s), a refund will be provided for the same.
  • 6. How do I exchange an item from my order?

    When you request an exchange, our pickup agent will perform a quality check to ensure the product meets the following criteria:

    1. The product tag should be intact.
    2. ⁠The item must not be used or damaged.
    3. ⁠It should be returned in its original packaging.

    If the product passes the quality check, your exchange request will be processed. If it does not meet the above conditions, it will not be eligible for exchange.

  • 7. Temporary notice

    Due to a temporary technical issue, our product exchange service will be unavailable for next 7 to 10 days. During this period, you will not be able to request product exchanges through any of our platforms (website, app, or customer support).

    However, our return policy remains fully operational. You may initiate a return request as per our standard return process, and refunds will be processed accordingly via the selected method (wallet, bank account, or original payment mode).

    Important Notice
    1. The temporary suspension applies only to exchanges. Returns are unaffected.
    2. Return requests must comply with our regular return policy guidelines (within 15 days of delivery, unused, with tags).
    3. Requiring urgent size or style changes may place a new order after returning the current product.
