Please find the steps below to use the Clovia wallet money:
1. Your account has already been created at Clovia.com with this same email id. Login details were sent to you earlier. If you can’t find it, please check your spam folders. Else, there is a ‘forgot password’ link to assist you as well.

2. Add the items of your choice to your bag and follow the checkout process.

3. When you reach the payment screen, Clovia wallet amount will be auto-deducted from your cart bill. If you shop for more than your Clovia wallet amount, you will have to pay only the balance. If you shop less, you can use the rest of Clovia wallet amount in your next purchase.

4. In case you wish to seek refund of the wallet amount, please visit ‘My Account’ and place a request there.
