Silicone stick on bras are great for backless dress, but are you wearing them correctly? Here’s a quick guide for you to get that perfect shape under your red carpet dress.
1. Clean & dry
First and foremost, make sure your skin is clean and dry. Wash your breasts with mild soap and water to remove body oil and residue from the skin. Dab your skin gently with a soft towel. DO NOT USE any powders, oils, lotions or fragrances anywhere near your chest area prior to wearing a silicone bra.
2. Mirror view
Stand in front of a mirror while wearing a stick on bra; this will give you a better result for a symmetrical fit.
3. One at a time
Flip the cups outwards and stick one cup at a time at a desired angle and then repeat the same with the other cup. Clip both the cups together for a better fit that will not slip.
4. Know your angle
Depending on the neckline of your dress, you can place the silicone cups at different angles to create different looks. If you want a bigger cleavage push your breasts together and paste the cups from side to side, clip it on for a push-up effect. If you desire a perky silhouette, place your bra higher than usual. Getting that perfect shape and fit may require a couple of tries at first. But, once you’ve mastered the skill it would be a piece of cake!
5. Smooth it out!
Remember to smoothen out the edges of the silicone cup with your fingertips. Remove all visible lines and wrinkles for a perfect seamless finish.

- If you have sensitive skin.
- If the adhesive causing irritation.
- If you have open cuts, skin disorders, sun damage or pigmented skin.
- If you have to wear it for more than 6 hours.
