Easy NY’s Resolutions to Make 2024 Better
It’s time to wrap up 2023 and create a resolutions list for 2024. But not like the previous unrealistic ones which you did not follow after a while. I have come up with easy but achievable resolutions which will help you change yourself entirely.
- Limit eating out to 3 times a week.
- Sleep for at least 7 hours daily and stick to it.
- Read books more often.
- Create a yearly budget for 2024 in January only and stick to it.
- Say, thank you to the universe every morning and night.
- Take a quarterly health checkup.
- Listen to more podcasts.
- Walk every day.
- Give yourself a new look.
- Upskill yourself.
