Q1. How much does it cost?

An investment of upto 25 lakhs is required to become a Clovia franchisee. This includes capex in store and refundable deposits against stock to us & to the landlord for the store rented.

Q2. How long will it take to open the franchisee store?

A timeline of 30-45 days is required for the franchisee store to become operational.

Q3. When do I break even?

Ideally, the store should reach break-even within 6 months and start to return your capital.

Q4. What should be my ideal credentials to be eligible for becoming a Clovia franchisee?

We follow the motto, you build the store and we run it, thereby there are no credentials required for a person to become a Clovia franchisee.

Q5. Who will run the store? How will the staff training be done?

The company will run the store completely with our own technology, trained staff and SOPs. Our trainers will be holding training sessions both offline and online.

Q6. What are my responsibilities?

You shall pay the rent in a timely manner.
You shall pay the requisite taxes in a timely manner.
You shall maintain a petty cash of Rs 5000 at the store (monthly petty cash expenses will be around Rs 5000 only).
You shall pay the utilities bill (electricity and water) in a timely manner. We will reimburse the same to you every quarter.
