Do you charge membership fee?
No way! Membership to Clovia is free. All we need from you is an inherent desire to be fashionable all the time.
When should I wear underwired bras?
Underwire bras often provide more lift. It is ideal for women who want more support. Underwired bras need not always be push-up bras. The right underwire bra can improve your silhouette drastically, making you look slimmer and firmer.
How to choose the perfect style for my size?
Your size and body shape both dictate the kind of style that will best fit you. Take our Fit Test to find fits that are perfect for you.
Do bra styles vary with different outfits?
Yes, different outfits do need different bra styles to fill them out properly. For an off shoulder dress, you need a well-supporting strapless bra. For form fitting dresses or T-shirts, seamless or T-shirt bras are the best. For plunging necklines, get a plunge bra to avoid any embarrassing peek-a-boos.
I can't find my size or fit. What should I do?
If you can't find your size or your ideal fit, write to us at Feedback/Complaints and our design team will get in touch with you to resolve the issue to our best capabilities.
Do you carry sizes above 38 or F, or less than 32 or AA?
Right now we only offer sizes up to 36D in India. We will be introducing more sizes soon. For A cup sizes, we have push up bras. However we do not offer sizes below A cup or 32 band size.
How often will you update styles and designs?
At Clovia, we refresh our collections every 3 months. Some of our bestsellers will however be available throughout the year.
What is the best way to launder my lingerie?
Hand wash your lingerie and do not wring them out to avoid them losing their shape. Avoid hot water and use detergents designed for intimates.
Can I machine-wash my bra?
Hook your bra before putting it in a machine, and wash intimates separately. There are laundry bags designed to wash your bras in machines. You can create your own laundry bag using a drawstring bag made of Muslin that does not leak color. Wash on delicate cycle, and be sure to remove before the spin cycle.
Can my bra be tumble-dried?
Tumble-drying is never good for your intimates as any heat can damage the bra fabrics and ruin their fit.
How often should bras be replaced and why?
Replace your bra when it stops to fit like it used to. A bra generally loses elasticity after a 100 washes and wears.
How do I get started at Clovia?
Joining Clovia is free and only takes few minutes. You need to fill in your personal information with your email id and password. Once you become a member at Clovia, you can directly log in from your email id. You can also browse and buy without logging in, using guest check out facility
How do I edit my account information?
You can edit your information once you log on to the site. Visit "My account" to edit account details.
How do I shop online?

How secure is my transaction?

- 3. Pay by a credit/debit card issued by an Indian bank, internet banking or opt to pay cash on delivery.
- 4. In case of cash on delivery, we will verify your mobile number by sending you a 4-digit password that you need to enter in the designated space on screen. Once verified, your order is confirmed.
Your transactions are secured by Pay U India and are hundred percent secure. Our payment gateway is also certified as secured by verisign.
Do I need to register to shop online?
No, registration is not mandatory, you can shop using your facebook account or as a guest.

You can simply go to the MY ACCOUNT section and edit your details to update.
How do I calculate the shipping and handling for my order?
Clovia provides free and express shipping on orders worth Rs 599 & above and will attract a COD charge of Rs 50 on orders below Rs 599
How do I track my order?
You can log on to My Account. Go to the My Orders section to see the last update of your order status.
When can I expect delivery?
To track shipped orders, we provide AWB (airway bill no) with the carrier name. You can track your order on the carrier's website using the AWB number given to you. For further help, call us at 011-39-588-599. You can also write to us at Feedback/Complaints.
We understand the pain of anticipation! Hence, we ship orders out of our warehouse within 3 business days of order confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
For metros and large cities, the delivery generally takes place within 5-7 days from the shipping date. For the rest of the country, you can expect delivery within 7 to 15 days of the order being confirmed.
No, we do not ship Clovia's Indian collection internationally as of now.
How will my order be shipped?
We use several national courier services to deliver your order to your door steps.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes the Clovia packaging is discreet. We bubble-wrap the Clovia box and secure the products inside. There is no mention of the products on the address label pasted on the package.
An item is missing from my shipment.
For you to know that the parcel is from Clovia, our logo is visible on the address label and the tape used to secure the overall packaging.
This is very rare as we ensure multiple checks during our product packing process. Please check if you have been charged for the missing item in the invoice enclosed. If you have been charged, please contact us immediately at 011-39-588-599. You can also write to us at Feedback/Complaints
What payment method can I use online?
You can opt to pay by debit cards, credit cards, netbanking or through cash on delivery.
What currency can I use on the website?
You can pay in INR while making a purchase.
When will I be charged?
In case you choose to pay by credit or debit card or net banking, immediate deduction will take place. If you choose to pay by cash, you can do so at the time of delivery.
Why was my card or net banking account not charged?
Your payment may have been declined due to either insufficient balance in your account or due to failure of internet connection. We recommend you to call us at 011-39-588-599. You can also write to us at Feedback/Complaints
Can I change my billing address?
Yes you can edit your profile by going to the "My account" section and adding or removing your personal information from your account.
Do your prices include sales tax?
Prices of the products are inclusive of all taxes.
Is there any minimum order requirement?
No, we don't have any minimum order requirement. But cases where the purchase is below Rs 599, will charge Rs 50 as shipping charges
What is your return policy?
At Clovia, we have a very easy and hassle free return policy. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy allows for you to return it within 30 days of its delivery. We will immediately provide you with a credit coupon, or a full refund.
How do I initiate a return?
Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled.
How do I track my return?
- 1. Simply place unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original packing.
- 2. Use a bubble sheet wrap to secure and protect the box and products inside. Enclose your invoice inside.
- 3. We can arrange for the parcel to be picked up from some locations. Call us at 011-39-588-599 or write to us at Feedback/Complaints to check if your pin code falls under this service.
- 4. In case it does not, simply courier the parcel to our address. Enclose the courier receipt to get a refund for courier charges.
- 5. In either case, please also enclose any Clovia Collectible items or any other free gifts you received with your order.
We will send an email once your returned order has been received by our warehouse.
How long will my return take?
We will take 5 working days to evaluate if the items are eligible for return - that is, they are unwashed, unworn and in a hygienic condition. If the return is approved, we will send you a coupon within the next 5 working days. Refunds may take an additional 10 working days to be processed.
Can I return panties?
For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept returned briefs, panties, or shape-wear panties, or an opened box of a lingerie set that includes panties.
Do you have rewards program?

Do you have promotions and offers?
Yes, we run promotions and offers from time to time. The information on the same is available in relevant sections of the site.
Can I unsubscribe from Clovia's mailing list?
Yes, you can unsubscribe from Clovia's mailing list by clicking on the 'unsubscribe' link in our newsletters or promotional emails. However, we will continue to email you regarding your orders or returns.
Will I get complete refund against my order?
If you return/cancel an order, the paid price of the product (including the tax collected) will be refunded back to you. However convenience charges are non-refundable and hence shall not be refunded.
